Since I came to this company, computer problems have literally been an all stop to all my work and just a huge hassle. IT services are probably tired of me at this point! BUT through it all, IT services employee, Kai Lashley, does a great job working through and with me on any computer issue. Lately, I have been having many issues but today I had to write this review. Kai Lashley not only calls me while I was on site but emails me and leaves me a call back number to get back with him anytime I am ready to get the problem fix. He was very patient with me and worked until the issues were fully resolved. My experience with him was just great, and a delight to receive great service on a Wednesday morning! Thanks, Kai for the work you do, man! (5 stars)
Jackson was awesome! I had recently lost access to some important folders within the system. He quickly helped recover my access all within less than 24 hours of submitting a help ticket. Thanks again Jackson for the quick action!
